Have you ever experienced collaborating on a single document with others using Google Docs or Google Spreadsheets? Working together allows you to complete tasks more quickly and accurately by checking each other's work.
Similarly, in the BEPRO editor, multiple users can now collaboratively edit a single video, presentation, and even label windows together! All collaborative editing is reflected in real-time, and you can see where each user is currently working!
Additionally, you can now add notes to edited clips, making it easier and faster to find important clips!

Collaboratively editing a single video in real-time is something you've never experienced anywhere else!
Until now, when collaborative work was needed with other products, you had to analyse separately and then merge the results.
However, in the BEPRO editor, since you're editing one project together, there's no need to merge separately - you can see each other's work in real-time and coordinate accordingly!
When you need to analyse a match quickly, you can divide by team or event for analysis, and analysts and coaching staff can share one project whilst making decisions based on analysed content viewed in real-time!
Filtering by clip creator is also possible!
When multiple people create different clips, you can filter clips based on the users who created them!

Just like editing a single video simultaneously, presentation files and label windows can also be edited together by multiple users!

Systematic Permission Management System
When adding collaborative editors to videos, presentations, and label windows, you can choose between editing permissions or viewer permissions.
The owner can do everything, editors can do all editing except removing the owner or project, whilst viewers can only watch videos and save them to their library or download them.
Leave memos for important clips!
You can now leave memos on edited clips!
When you have many edited clips, simply leaving a note about what you were thinking when creating that clip makes it easy to find later! If you have team members sharing the project, they can also view and manage these memos together!

You can filter only clips with memos and quickly find the desired clip by checking the content in the memo list on the right!
Whilst this update primarily covered collaborative editing for videos (something typically done only with documents) and memos, the editor has also been updated with a more organised design overall!
