There's a big update to Library, our team collaboration space!
This update includes a range of features to help with team file management, including file and collaborator management, as well as deleted item recovery, and will be available on both web and mobile platforms!

More Organised and Enhanced Collaboration!
Separate Personal and Shared Files!
Organise your personal files and shared folders separately for more systematic folder management.
Granular Read and Edit Permissions, Refined Collaborator Roles!
In addition to the existing folder sharing feature, you can now set read and edit permissions for folder collaborators. When edit permissions are granted, collaborators can upload videos, create new folders, and manage folders together.
Detailed permission descriptions are as follows:
[Can Edit]
Users granted this permission can perform all operations, including adding new videos, modifying/deleting existing videos, and creating new folders. However, only the owner can delete the top-level shared folder itself.
[Can View]
Users granted this permission can play or download all clips, but cannot add new videos or modify/delete existing videos.
Add Shortcuts to Shared Folders
You can create shortcuts to shared folders and organise them within your personal folder structure.
Search for What You Need Quickly!
With many files stored, finding the right item can be challenging.
To address this, we've significantly enhanced the Library search functionality.
Keyword Search & User Filtering Available
You can quickly find the folders and videos you need through keyword input and creator filters.
Configurable Search Scope
Search all items in the folder tree starting from your selected folder, and you can set the search scope to cover the entire Library regardless of which folder you start from.
Recover Deleted Items!
Ever accidentally deleted a file or folder?
Now deleted items are collected in the "Deleted" tab, and when restored, they return to their previous location!
Rename Before Saving!
If you want to specify the name of a video you're saving, you can modify the video name in the save folder selection modal before saving! Try naming your videos to find saved videos quickly!
Edit Library Videos in BEPRO Editor!
You can now import clips saved and edited on the web or mobile into the Editor to continue editing!
When you can't use the Editor immediately, save clips on mobile, then later create a project for that match in the Editor and import the clips saved in the Library for deeper analysis!
Collaborate closely with your teammates using the new Library features!
